Who am I?

My name is Julie Kent and I have been supporting people to heal from Chronic Illness & to find balance, health and relaxation  for over 14 years.
Some years ago, I became very ill with Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, Depression, and many other health imbalances. Through this work I have become very well in all aspects of my heath. I have energy, vitality, contentment and peace. My resilience is better than it has ever been in my life. My clients have shared that they not only feel positive changes in their physical, mental and emotional health, but in all aspects of their life.
It brings me joy to be able to support others to move into healing. 

What You Will Receive In This 

'5 Week Deeply Relaxing Yoga Course'


  • Experience moving your body gently, to support health and healing to your muscles, organs and glands. I will explain this within each pose. 
  • Become more flexible, relaxed and comfortable in your body. 
  • Release any energy blockages. These blockages effect the health of our organs and glands. As our energy flows freely, our health is improved. 
  • ​Support to move you move out of your head and into your body. Here you will move towards deep peace and connection.
  • Relaxation Practices


  • An understanding of what healthy breathing is, and how our breath is directly linked to our Nervous System and our emotional, physical and mental health. 
  • Simple Breathing practices to support you to move into a Healing Parasympathetic Nervous System State. And to bring in an abundance of oxygen and energy. Every cell of our being depend on this for their survival.
  • Practices to take into your day-to-day life. 


  • Many practices and techniques to support you to let go of limiting beliefs, and painful stories. And begin instead to recognise who you are without these painful stories. 
  • As we slowly learn how to let go of our beliefs about ourselves and life that don't support us. We move into balance.
  • Practices to take into your day-to-day life.
