I have to say, beginning my yoga practice way back in the 70’s I have been to many classes but I have found yours to be the best, you put in so much attention to detail and help us all with the poses we find difficult, even in this virtual setting which is amazing.
The breathing exercises are definitely helping and having suffered with TMJ for the last two years and trying many exercises to help with this, I found that after Week 2 I was no longer in pain. A big relief, I can actually now open my mouth and eat easily so many thanks, nothing else has helped.”
